Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups chopped pineapple
  • 2 cups coconut milk (, the more fat it has the creamier it will be)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (, optional for added flavor)
  • 2 ounces rum (, optional for boozy twist (use any kind you prefer or a mix))
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (, optional for topping)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicles molds. I use a 10 space mold for these.
  • Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Once set, carefully remove each popsicle and enjoy!
