Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups chopped pineapple
- 2 cups coconut milk (, the more fat it has the creamier it will be)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (, optional for added flavor)
- 2 ounces rum (, optional for boozy twist (use any kind you prefer or a mix))
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (, optional for topping)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicles molds. I use a 10 space mold for these.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Once set, carefully remove each popsicle and enjoy!
