The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ice
- 1½ oz cream of coconut
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- pineapple wedge ((optional, garnish))
- pineapple leaf ((optional, garnish))
- maraschino cherry ((optional, garnish))
Instruction
- Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice and then add the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain the pina colada mocktail into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf and enjoy while cold.
