Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimiento, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (see Recipe)
- 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack with Jalapeño Pepper cheese, grated (Footnote)
- 4 ounces (1/2 package) light cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. red onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1/16 tsp. ground Himalayan sea salt, or to taste
- 1/16 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
- 3-4 dashes hot sauce such as Cholula®, or to taste
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. With a hand mixer, process until the mixture is very well combined and spreadable, stopping to clean the sides of the bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface to prevent from drying out and chill for 30 minutes before making the sandwiches.
