Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 pound ripe red tomatoes, (diced (about 2 cups))
  • 1 medium white onion, (diced (about 3/4 cup))
  • 2 large jalapeño peppers, (diced (seeds and veins removed if you don't want it spicy))
  • 1/3 cup tightly packed cilantro, (chopped)
  • 2 limes, (juiced (about 4 tablespoons))
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, (plus more to taste)

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix together, taste, and season with more salt if necessary.
  • Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
