Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons whole allspice
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • ½ teaspoon whole cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 bay leaves (dried)
  • 1 guajillo pepper (or other dried red pepper, 5 inches)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)

Instruction

  • Place all seed and ground ginger in a bowl
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut bay leaves and guajillo pepper into small bits and add to spices
  • Crush cinnamon stick and add to spices
  • Mix everything together and place in an airtight container
