Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoons whole allspice
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon whole cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 bay leaves (dried)
- 1 guajillo pepper (or other dried red pepper, 5 inches)
- 1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
Instruction
- Place all seed and ground ginger in a bowl
- Use kitchen scissors to cut bay leaves and guajillo pepper into small bits and add to spices
- Crush cinnamon stick and add to spices
- Mix everything together and place in an airtight container
