Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup carrots (cut into matchsticks)
  • 1/2 cup radishes (cut into matchsticks)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (cut into matchsticks)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbs White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed

Instruction

  • Layer vegetables in a jar
  • Mix pickling brine together in a bowl
  • Pour brine over match-sticked vegetables
  • Refrigerate at least 20-30 minutes (longer is better)
