  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • ½ of a fresh jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 1 dried Sichuan Chinese pepper (optional, or dried arbol chile pepper)
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed
  • ⅛ teaspoon coriander seed
