- 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
- ½ of a fresh jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 1 dried Sichuan Chinese pepper (optional, or dried arbol chile pepper)
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
- ⅛ teaspoon coriander seed
