Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 Cups of Cooked Chickpeas (from scratch or 1 can)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Cooked Beets (boiled, cooled)*
  • 3 TB Beet Liquid (from boiling)
  • 2 TB White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Mustard
  • 1/8 Tsp Allspice
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt (optional, to taste)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredinets in a blender or food processer and blend until smooth.
  • Add more or less beet liquid to get your desired consistency if need be.
