Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Cups of Cooked Chickpeas (from scratch or 1 can)
- 1 Cup Chopped Cooked Beets (boiled, cooled)*
- 3 TB Beet Liquid (from boiling)
- 2 TB White Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Dill
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Mustard
- 1/8 Tsp Allspice
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
- Salt (optional, to taste)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredinets in a blender or food processer and blend until smooth.
- Add more or less beet liquid to get your desired consistency if need be.
