Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 5 cups broccoli florets ((Note 1))
  • 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves ((Note 2))
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese ((Note 3))
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts ((Note 4))
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ((Note 5))
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

Instruction

  • Process Pesto: Process all ingredients in food processor (Note 6) until smooth, pausing occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl.
  • Use Or Store: Pesto can be used right away (Note 7). Otherwise, store in airtight container, and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use (Note 8).
