Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 loaf French bread (cut in half lengthwise )
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place bread on tin foil on top of baking sheet
  • Melt butter with Italian seasonings
  • Spread butter on both sides of cut bread
  • Spread pesto oven the butter
  • Place bread back together and wrap in foil
  • Bake in oven for 10 minutes
  • Carefully remove foil and separate both halves of bread so the cut side is facing up
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on both sides
  • Return to oven, without foil, for 10 minutes
  • Place under broiler for 1-2 minutes until cheese is golden brown
  • Slice and serve
