The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head cauliflower (about 2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cauliflower with the pesto.
- Roast cauliflower for 30 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Top with shaved parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
