The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head cauliflower (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss the cauliflower with the pesto.
  • Roast cauliflower for 30 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  • Top with shaved parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
