Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 Frozen Turkey Meatballs
  • 14 oz Alfredo Sauce (any variety, I used light)
  • 2 T basil pesto
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 sub rolls

Instruction

  • Cook meatballs according to package.
  • In a medium saucepan, stir together Alfredo sauce and pesto over medium/low heat, just until warmed through.
  • Spread some of the sauce in each roll. Place 4 meatballs in roll, top with more sauce. Cut each slice of provolone in half and place 2 halves on top of each sub to cover sub.
  • Place subs on baking sheet and cook in oven at 450, about 5 minutes, just until cheese is melted and roll is toasted.
