Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 whole pocket pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 1/4 cup of marinara, pizza sauce, alfredo sauce, bbq sauce, or pesto
  • 2 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Desired toppings – pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, olives, mushrooms, peppers, onions, pineapple, etc

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place pita breads on baking sheets. Top each with 1/4 cup of sauce and spread evenly over the pita.
  • Then top each pita with 1/2 cup of cheese followed by the desired toppings.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty.
