Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instruction

  • Cut the tomatoes and onion in half and slice them as thinly as possible.
  • Place the vegetables into a medium mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
