Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 6 plum tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Instruction
- Cut the tomatoes and onion in half and slice them as thinly as possible.
- Place the vegetables into a medium mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
