The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 cup + 1 Tbsp (152g) all-purpose flour ((scoop and level to measure))
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, (diced into small pieces)
  • 3 - 5 Tbsp ice water
  • 1 large egg white, (whisked (reserve the yolk for filling))
  • 3/4 cup (160g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (55g) granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp McCormick Ground Cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin ((not pumpkin pie mix!))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup (175ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk ((anything but skim))
  • 1/3 cup (80g) sour cream
