Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 6 red skin potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Wash and chop your potatoes while you heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
  • Add the potatoes to the pan and toss gently to cover all the potatoes in oil. Add the paprika, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  • Allow the potatoes to cook until browned on each side, or about 15 minutes. Add the minced garlic and saute another 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat, cover, and occasionally flip and stir the potatoes. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve alongside toads-in-holes, fresh fruit, and big cup of coffee! Enjoy.
