Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups couscous
Instruction
- In a medium pot, bring the chicken stock, olive oil and salt to a boil over high heat
- Turn off the heat, pour in the couscous and put a lid on the pot
- Let rest for 5 minutes
- Remove lid and fluff with a fork.
