Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups couscous

Instruction

  • In a medium pot, bring the chicken stock, olive oil and salt to a boil over high heat
  • Turn off the heat, pour in the couscous and put a lid on the pot
  • Let rest for 5 minutes
  • Remove lid and fluff with a fork.
