Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 34 Oreo Cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • .5 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint

Instruction

  • Place Oreo cookies in food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs.
  • Add the softened cream cheese and the peppermint extract to the food processor and use the pulse setting to combine the cream cheese and Oreo Cookies.
  • Place the Oreo cream cheese mixture in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the Oreo cookie mixture from the fridge and roll the mixture into 1” balls, be sure to roll the Oreo balls until they are smooth. (This mixture will make 20 Oreo Balls) and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Melt white chocolate, you can Melt Chocolate in a Double Boiler or in a microwave safe bowl heating for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between.
  • Coat each of the Oreo balls in the white chocolate and place the balls on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
  • Place the baking sheet with Oreo truffles in the fridge for 10 minutes to set, then store in an airtight container.
