Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- ½ cup crunchy almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons ground coffee (depending on how much coffee flavor you like)
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup raw old fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoons mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix together almond butter and honey. Place in microwave for about 20 seconds to warm and melt a little.
- Stir in cocoa powder, coffee, peppermint extract and salt until blended.
- Add oats and chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
- Roll out dough into 16 uniform balls and place on parchment paper. Store in airtight container until ready to eat.
