Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus called for ingredients - water, egg, oil)
  • 1 7oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/3 cup vanilla frosting - homemade or store variety
  • 2 tbsp Peppermint Mocha Creamer - divided
  • 20 peppermint candies- crushed

Instruction

  • Make brownies as directed on box using a 8x8" pan lined with parchment paper - but add 1 tbsp creamer to batter before baking
  • Once baked, remove from oven & allow to cool completely
  • Prepare frosting by combining marshmallow creme, frosting & remaining creamer in a mixing bowl & beating until well blended
  • Spread frosting over brownies & sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies
