Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons peppermint chocolate truffle International Delight
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- pinch of salt
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon peppermint chocolate truffle International Delight
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
Instruction
- In a large mixer combine all of the ingredients for the peppermint patty. Mix 5 minutes on medium speed until you have a soft fluffy mixture. Add all ingredients for the fudge to a double broiler. Keep mixing until melted. Pour chocolate into a 8×11 baking dish lined with wax or parchment paper. Add the peppermint patty mixture to the top and swirl it in with the fudge using a butterknife or toothpick. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
