Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint chocolate truffle International Delight
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint chocolate truffle International Delight
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels

Instruction

  • In a large mixer combine all of the ingredients for the peppermint patty.  Mix 5 minutes on medium speed until you have a soft fluffy mixture. Add all ingredients for the fudge to a double broiler.  Keep mixing until melted.  Pour chocolate into a 8×11 baking dish lined with wax or parchment paper.  Add the peppermint patty mixture to the top and swirl it in with the fudge using a butterknife or toothpick.  Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
