- Melt the white chocolate using double boiler method or in the microwave.
- For double boiler method place bowl on top of a pan of simmering water (not boiling) and whisk the chocolate till completely melted. If using microwave stir the chocolate every 15 seconds till completely melted.
- Add crushed peppermint candy to the melted white chocolate and mix.
- Also met the semi-sweet chocolate side by side.
- Pour the melted chocolate-peppermint mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it into a thin layer using a spatula.
- Now pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate randomly over the white chocolate.
- Take a spatula or knife and run it through the the pan to form a marble effect/design.
- You first go length wise and then go side wise. Keep doing till you are happy with the final look. Sprinkle crushed candy canes ton top.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or till completely set.
- Once set, break into pieces of different shapes and size.
- I like to keep the barks in the refrigerator but you don't have to.
