Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 23 ounce Smithfield Marinated Peppercorn and Garlic Pork Sirloin
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place pork on a rack in a shallow pan; roast for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature in the thickest part reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- While the pork rests, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
- Serve sauce over pork with some grilled vegetables!
