Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 23 ounce Smithfield Marinated Peppercorn and Garlic Pork Sirloin
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place pork on a rack in a shallow pan; roast for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature in the thickest part reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • While the pork rests, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
  • Serve sauce over pork with some grilled vegetables!
