Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 oz frozen whole green beans
- 1 bell pepper (seeded and sliced)
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 Cup Butter (sliced)
- 10 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 400.
- Place green beans and top with chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt and pepper.
- Layer mushrooms and peppers.
- Season again with salt and pepper, top with butter and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until chicken reaches safe internal temperature.
- Shred your chicken with 2 forks and top with cheese and return to your oven (without your aluminum foil) until the cheese melts (about 3 minutes).
- Serve with a slotted spoon.
