  • ¼ cup bread crumbs (I used Panko and non-seasoned.)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 1½ tbsp brown sugar
  • juice from one lime
  • 1½ ounce tequila
  • 1½ tbsp butter
