Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 4-oz salmon filets
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- salt & pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil, mustard and honey.
- In another small bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
- Place salmon filets on a foil covered baking sheet. Season salmon with salt and pepper and pour the honey mixture over the tops. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
- Bake salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
