Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter flavor
  • 2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, vanilla and butter flavor.
  • In a separate bowl add flour and salt. Slowly incorporate it into the large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the pecans.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch size pieces and place on non-stick baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Let them cool for 2 minutes and then roll in powdered sugar.
  • Roll them once more after they have completely cooled down.
