Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon butter flavor
- 2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, vanilla and butter flavor.
- In a separate bowl add flour and salt. Slowly incorporate it into the large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch size pieces and place on non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let them cool for 2 minutes and then roll in powdered sugar.
- Roll them once more after they have completely cooled down.
