Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds peas (,frozen )
  • ½ cup dill (,chopped)
  • 2 bunches scallions (,chopped)
  • ½ cup  veggie broth  (, low sodium if needed (plus more to sauté or drizzle of olive oil))
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt ((plus more to taste if needed))

Instruction

  • Sauté chopped scallions with a drizzle of broth or oil and salt in a pot over medium heat until they begin to soften.
  • Add the peas and mix well.
  • Add the dill and broth. Mix well. Taste and add more salt if needed. 
  • Cover and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about ten minutes or until the peas are tender and desired consistency is reached.
