- Small handful of roughly chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or to taste)
- Salt
- 4 thick slices of bread (toasted)
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
- Extras for topping tomatoes and cress (olive oil for drizzling)
