Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 whole green pear ((seeds removed))
  • 1 fresh ripe mango (roughly chopped or 1 cups mango chunks
  • 1/2 of whole banana
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water/crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instruction

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
  • Pour it in the serving glasses and enjoy!
