Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 whole green pear ((seeds removed))
- 1 fresh ripe mango (roughly chopped or 1 cups mango chunks
- 1/2 of whole banana
- handful of baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup water/crushed ice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instruction
- In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
- Pour it in the serving glasses and enjoy!
