Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 450 g pear cored cored mashed peeled ripe
- 300 g self-raising flour
- 140 g brown sugar
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 170ml milk
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Sift flour and brown sugar together (with egg-replacer if using) in a large bowl.
- Combine lightly beaten eggs, oil and milk with mashed pears.
- Add to flour mixture and stir with a large metal spoon until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Spoon into greased muffin trays and bake for 18-20 minutes.
