Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 450 g pear cored cored mashed peeled ripe
  • 300 g self-raising flour
  • 140 g brown sugar
  • 2 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 170ml milk

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Sift flour and brown sugar together (with egg-replacer if using) in a large bowl.
  • Combine lightly beaten eggs, oil and milk with mashed pears.
  • Add to flour mixture and stir with a large metal spoon until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Spoon into greased muffin trays and bake for 18-20 minutes.
