Ingredients
The following ingredients have 14 Servings
- 1 head Belgian endive
- 1/2 Bartlett pear (cored and diced (leave skin on))
- 3-4 Tbsp. crumbled goat cheese
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries (coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- Honey
Instruction
- Cut the base off of the head of endive and separate the spears (or gently pull off). Place on a flat surface.
- Spread the goat cheese on the bottom of the endive. Sprinkle with pears, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey; serve!
