Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 1 head Belgian endive
  • 1/2 Bartlett pear (cored and diced (leave skin on))
  • 3-4 Tbsp. crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • Honey

Instruction

  • Cut the base off of the head of endive and separate the spears (or gently pull off). Place on a flat surface.
  • Spread the goat cheese on the bottom of the endive. Sprinkle with pears, cranberries, and walnuts.
  • Drizzle with honey; serve!
