Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or chunky, no sugar recommended)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (this will be very mild, add more if preferred)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth (use sauce mode if your blender has it).
- Use as dipping sauce for spring rolls, summer rolls, or as a base for salad dressing.
