Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or chunky, no sugar recommended)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (this will be very mild, add more if preferred)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth (use sauce mode if your blender has it).
  • Use as dipping sauce for spring rolls, summer rolls, or as a base for salad dressing.
