The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ritz crackers
  • peanut butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted

Instruction

  • Evenly spread peanut butter over half of the ritz crackers and top each with the remaining half of crackers.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip each cookie into the melted chocolate and coat it fully. Place cookies onto a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until the chocolate has set.
