The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- WHAT YOU NEED
- - 1/2 cup peanut butter
- - 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree, i used fresh that i made up yesterday
- - 1 3/4 cups flour
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Or use silicone moulds, I have 2 that I used that I got from amazon.
- I mixed everything together using my kitchenaid mixer
- If you using moulds just press dough into them or you can Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/4″ thick. Use a cookie cutters to cut out the dough, then place on the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container or freeze for up to 3 months.
