Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 31 g peanut butter flavored protein powder ( I used Quest Nutrition brand)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (such as PBFit)
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (can also use regular milk)
Instruction
- Stir all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with apple slices for dipping
