Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 31 g peanut butter flavored protein powder ( I used Quest Nutrition brand)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (such as PBFit)
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (can also use regular milk)

Instruction

  • Stir all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with apple slices for dipping
