Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1/2 cup popcorn, unpopped, or about 16 cups of popped popcorn
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Pop the popcorn, place in a large bowl, and set aside
  • Combine the sugar and the corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil.  Boil for 2 minutes.  Remove from the heat.
  • Add the peanut butter, and stir to combine.  Stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat.
