Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

Instruction

  • Place all three ingredients into the food processor and process to combine for about 10 seconds.
  • Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and continue to process again for five seconds until it balls up.
  • I use a cookie scooper to scoop 12 mounds onto a piece of parchment paper.
  • Then, roll them in between your hands to smooth them out. Store in fridge.
