Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 cup dry oats
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped cranberries, raisins, cherries or other nuts)
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter, cashew butter or almond butter)
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instruction
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls. You can also place into a 9 x 9 pan and slice into bite size squares.
- Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Makes about 20 balls.
