Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 cup dry oats
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped cranberries, raisins, cherries or other nuts)
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter, cashew butter or almond butter)
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instruction

  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into balls. You can also place into a 9 x 9 pan and slice into bite size squares.
  • Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Makes about 20 balls.
