Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener, confectioners
- 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 72 Lily's sugar free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Sweetener
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese, Swerve brown and powdered sweetener.
- Add the peanut butter powder, peanut butter, egg and baking powder and mix to form a dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Using a spoon drop the cookies on the prepared baking sheet. This batch made 15 for me.
- Spray a piece of wax paper and use that to flattened the cookies out.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until they are firm to the touch but not too firm.
- Let them cool completely before eating.
