Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener, confectioners
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 72 Lily's sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Sweetener

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese, Swerve brown and powdered sweetener.
  • Add the peanut butter powder, peanut butter, egg and baking powder and mix to form a dough.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Using a spoon drop the cookies on the prepared baking sheet. This batch made 15 for me.
  • Spray a piece of wax paper and use that to flattened the cookies out.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes until they are firm to the touch but not too firm.
  • Let them cool completely before eating.
