Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 16 oz brown sugar (packed)
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1 cup butter (unsalted)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Instruction
- Line an 8-inch square dish with foil or parchment paper, so it has handles on the side for easy peanut butter fudge removal.
- Add the butter and brown sugar to a medium pot, over medium heat, stir and melt, add the peanut butter, stir and bring to a boil, make sure to stir to combine.
- Bring to a steady boil and then remove from heat.
- Stir in the vanilla, and after that the powdered sugar one cup at a time.
- Once completely combined, transfer to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Set aside to cool and set for about an hour.
- When ready, remove from the baking sheet and cut into squares.
