Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 c. plain full fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. milk (of choice, I used Organic Whole Milk)
  • 1/2 c. natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. stevia sweetener
  • 2 tsp. raw sugar

Instruction

  • Mix together all ingredients until completely smooth. Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Eat right away as soft-serve, or freeze in an airtight container for at least a half hour if you want a more firm/ice cream like texture. You can also use this recipe even if you don’t have an ice cream machine. All you have to do is pour the mixture in an airtight container, freeze, and stir well every half hour for 2-3 hours.
