Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter ((I used NuttZo Chocolate 7-Nut & Seed Butter))
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips ((optional))
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder mixed with 1 Tablespoon ground coffee or sweetened coconut flakes ((optional))

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients, except those for rolling, until thoroughly mixed. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour to make it easier to roll.
  • Roll into approximately 18 balls then either leave as is or roll in desired coating.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
