Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 2 - 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1/4 cup(s) peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, i only use 1 ( i would taste the sauce before adding the soy, you may not even want to use it
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
Instruction
- In a small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
- Add the water, peanut butter, sugar and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
