Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 over ripe frozen bananas
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- ¾ cup almond or cashew milk (or use ¾ cup full fat coconut milk for optimal creaminess)
- 5-6 ice cubes (optional for an icier shake)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 4 dates (optional for extra sweetness)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a food processor, blender or high speed blender and mix until well blended. Add more milk if too thick and blend again.
