Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 over ripe frozen bananas
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¾ cup almond or cashew milk (or use ¾ cup full fat coconut milk for optimal creaminess)
  • 5-6 ice cubes (optional for an icier shake)
  • 1 tablespoon  maple syrup or 4 dates  (optional for extra sweetness)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor, blender or high speed blender and mix until well blended. Add more milk if too thick and blend again.
