Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut flour
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup*
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instruction
- Place all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a medium size tupperware and mix.
- Then, place into fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, add a few more tablespoons of almond milk (if need be <--- depending on how thick you like it!) along with the chocolate chips.
- Eat with a drizzle of peanut butter on top.
