Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup peanut flour
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup*
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a medium size tupperware and mix.
  • Then, place into fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, add a few more tablespoons of almond milk (if need be <--- depending on how thick you like it!) along with the chocolate chips.
  • Eat with a drizzle of peanut butter on top.
