Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1 stick
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • Sprinkles or Sparkles of your choice

Instruction

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and put aside
  • Cook flour either by oven or microwave method if desired.
  • Dough
  • Beat softened butter until fluffy, then add in peanut butter, sweet condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla and flour. Beat until well blended.
  • Fold in 1/2 cups of chocolate chips.
  • Press dough into prepare pan and refrigerate.
  • Topping
  • Over medium temperature, heat heavy cream until it just begins to slightly bubble. Remove from heat and add in chocolate chips. Wait 5 minutes and whisk vigorously until smooth and silky.
  • Remove from heat and stir in remaining chocolate chips. Wait for 5 minutes, then whisk until smooth and satiny.
  • Pour over the top of the refrigerated cookie dough fudge and smooth out.
  • Add sprinkles, sparkles or your favorite topping.
  • Refrigerate again for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove from fridge and, with a hot knife, cut into squares. (*hint* allowing the bars to come to room temperature before cutting will ensure clean and easy cutting)
  • Serve and enjoy!
