The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup Greek Goddess Honey Yogurt (or vanilla greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup fat free half n half or 1% milk
- 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut butter
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder or 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (my low calorie blend, after workout)
- 1 Ripe banana (optional)
- ice

- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend away.
