Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup Greek Goddess Honey Yogurt (or vanilla greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup fat free half n half or 1% milk
  • 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder or 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (my low calorie blend, after workout)
  • 1 Ripe banana (optional)
  • ice

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend away.
