Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz 100% Canned Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling))
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray TWO 12-well muffin tins with cooking spray- set aside
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & stir until fully combined
  • Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins- I like to use a large cookie scoop to keep the muffins close to the same size
  • Top with additional chocolate chips if desired
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick test is clean
  • Cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container at room temperature
