Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour ((see recipe notes))
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. (See recipe notes for low altitude baking)
  • In a large bowl or mixer, cream sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter together until well blended.
  • Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour*, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together.  Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
